looking for thought on gut renovations of a two bedroom considering purchasing. it would need new kitchen two new baths floors and possibly some pluming and re-wiring.

We are currentLy in the process of doing the same thing. A bit overwhelming at first but definitely worth it because you get to renovate it the way you want. We are also doing kitchen/ 2 baths , some plumbing, wiring, and adding a wall to make a third bedroom. After shopping around and getting different quotes, we found a reliable contractor who would do the work( including all supplies) for 100k. Don't buckle into being charged more than that. It can definitely be done for that amount or under .
