I hope the weather is good this weekend as if you are a broker it's going to be a ghost town this weekend at the open houses. lol - is anyone working in the 'sales' industry (brokers,mortgage brokers etc) actually doing any business this week? I dont think it's hit the sellers yet because I haven't seen any public price adjustments but it must suck to have an empty apartment on the market this month. Dean

I hosted 2 Open Houses.
2 VERY good turnouts, I guess not quite a beach day ;)
