I guess for every Rush that moves out presumably there's some rich liberal who bought it and doesn't mind paying more taxes. Although it was probably bought by like the Sultan of bruneii and will see about 1 week a year worth of action. On more disheartening news is that Anthony Weiner of all things is raising a ton of money for a mayor bid. It looks like that "temporary" millionaires tax is soon to become a perm. What the heck has to happen for these people to change their minds.
