First - I'm guessing you meant 3/31/11 - not 2010. Even so, does it matter that this is in PS 6 if it's only a 6 month sublet? Not likely that the tenant is going to take advantage of the schools.

Yes, joepa, 3/31/11. Yes, you can get a renewal on the lease and I am trying to find someone before I sign up a broker. There is a washer and dryer on each floor and the location is amazing which is the best feature. If you look up the building on this site, you can get more information and the floorplan as well.
