Any input on this building and/or management? Their studios seem to be decently sized, and the floorplan on their website looks as though you could actually turn the "dining area" into a bedroom. Curious if anybody has seen any of the studios in person. Thanks!

why don't you just get out and see the damn apartments instead of asking peoples opinions here. there is an onsite leasing agent you know.

I used to live in a studio in the Fairfax & it was more like a 1 bedroom. Basically, they're studios w/ a home office. The home office doesn't have a window so legally they can't call it a bedroom.

I have a friend who rents a 1 bd there. big 1bd, and tho it's not cheap it's better than the glencore (?) buildings on 74/2 and 79/york. the building is great, and he says the mgmt is responsive and overall pretty good. the building is a converted factory of some sort (i forget the exact history) so the walls are thick. problem is that the lower floors have much lower ceiling heights, making some of those apts darker. so go see the apt and not go by the floorplans necessarily.

Every unit is different - it was the old FBI building
you have to actually see the units here as you really cant tell by the floorplan.
the building has a cool feel to it.
feel free to call with questions.
