Interesting... there was a lot of talk about increased activity... but also talk of rates dropping. This seems to sort some of it out... and this part... wowzuh... and vacancy rates have decreased. slightly, but its the right direction. and the opposite of what the rest of the country is seeing.

you didn't read the article... "These job losses have resulted in the elimination of more than 20 million square feet of office space demand."

And we're about to gain a lot more office space...
