Yep, I saw it last year. No tenants, single-family (I didn't look up official C of O).

Good amount of detail - most of the THs on this row are unaltered and v. handsome limestone. The big
negative is the Schwab House. I don't hate the Schwab, but even so, significant discount for that.

Good reno, they didn't rip out the detail (which I like). No elevator, which is a downside for many.
The owners are serial TH renovators and know their stuff.

I would compare to a similarly sized house on 76th or 77th (pure TH blocks, so great exposures) and discount
from that. At the tippity top, a restored one on s. side of 77th sold for high 7s.
