Is that a land lease building - I know there is one somewhere around there.

101 West 23rd Street is a land-lease Coop. Not long ago studios there sold for close to
or over $400,000. Since then buyers and brokers have become much more aware of land lease
issues and what they lean for long-term values.

There isa Coop at 301 East 63rd Steeet where large doorman 1-bds were recently advertised
on SE for $160-180k, because it is also a land lease Coop.
