my friend lived in this building (rented) and it has a rodent problem... as do many buildings in nyc. but she moved out.

it looks like an alcove studio with a wall up and the maintenance is very high for a studio/small one bedroom.

It is an ugly building which stopped qualifying for conventional financing about 3 years
ago. It migth have a land-lease problem.
