Bedroom has no windows and the ceilings seem less than 8 foot. So technically this place is really a 500 ft studio with very high ceilings and a loft sleeping area where you can stand. Also, maintenance is very high at almost $2 a sq ft.

If you add the loft space to the sq footage (despite the fact that there are no windows and it does not seem to meet 8 foot min ceiling requirement) and do not factor in high maintenance, it is reasonable. The place seems nicely renovated and tastefully decorated.

B203 seems a better value, a real 1 bedroom and twice as many windows for $49,000 more.

Added loft space does not increase sq foot, especially if you can't stand up. Does sticking a loft bed in the corner of a studio magically increase the size of the apartment? No. Same principle.
