Do the buildings that comprise Tudor City sit on property that is held in a land lease?

Apparently not (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tudor_City) but you might want to check ACRIS for each of the nine buildings. Check a UCC1 for each to get the co-op corporation's name, and then search by that name for mortgages/deeds/leases. That'll tell whether the co-op holds the land outright or under a lease.
