Can someone please explain to me the 15 or so apts that sold on 3/15/10 for essentially nothing. Friends of sponsor? relatives? brokers who agreed to tout the overpriced party line? How would you like to be the owner of #507 and pay $1.5 mm only to have # 607 sell a month later for $123,000? What gives?

Related parties of the sponsor. Probably the statutory-tenant-occupied units. Seen it before when the condo is otherwise pretty much sold out, but don't know what purpose it serves.
