Battery Park City Brokers?

It seems to me that North BPC rentals are mainly done through a couple large landlords like Rockrose, Related, and Albanese. Outside of those big three, is there a point to looking further? I don't think I've run across an advert that wasn't just recycling one of their listings. I'm sure this is a newbie question. Sorry, I just moved up a week ago and I'm looking for a good place that's dog friendly. Thanks!

there's a lot of condo rentals as well. Those are listed through brokers and should pop up here or on the new york times.
I know, Sofia at my company rents a lot of BPC apartments. you could ask her if she has other listings.

Yes, most rentals in BPC are done through a couple of big landlords. They will all deal with you directly and Rockrose and related are both dog-friendly.

You can also try Milford.

Have met a couple of brokers at this place, but haven't used them:
