ouch. 12B must have been feeling good that they negotiated 5% off the ask in 2007.........right up until the sponsor offers the same line, much lower floor for what might go for 25- 30% lower than their apt. Oh well, there is always strategic default when it comes time to sell. In the mean time the kids are probably in a good school.

Did 12B call and lie to the police to report a felony that wasn't actually occurring?

APT23- 2B - much lower floor in estate condition. 11B probably also in estate condition, considering there are no pictures of kitchen/baths. The telltale sign of major renovation needed. Doesn't really look as if 12B did that badly.
