Park South Lofts - Leak

(Discussing Park South Lofts) My fiance and I took a look at a 1br in this building, PH A. Nice building, nice apt. However, the bathroom ceiling was leaking through the light fixture. When we inquired about it, we received a cryptic response about a heating unit that was left on(?). Needless to say, I have little confidence that whatever was leaking will be repaired properly (e.g. ripping open the ceiling and/or walls to track down the leak). Once a lemon, always a lemon. Still other units away from this one may have some appeal. The prices are still coming down so relax.
