SEC Chairwoman Mary Schapiro will testify before the House Financial Services committee Tuesday morning, discussing oversight of the agency and future challenges under the financial reform law President Obama plans to sign this week. The new law would significantly ramp up the size of the SEC, which regulates financial markets. In doing so, the reform bill makes several changes to the SEC's funding structure -- the full cost of which has yet to be decided, Schapiro plans to say, according to her prepared remarks. [less]
