citi habitat brokers dont use for rentals

DO NOT ever use this company they try to take advanatge of your situation most brokers charge one months rent mine charged one month plus another 50% of rent they came down a little but not much it was outrageous amount of broker fees unfortunately they took adavantge of the situation go some where else where the brokers are more reasonable
