Thanks Truth. When I was walkiong across Madison Square Park the other day and looked up, the building made me a little nervous. It looks like it could just tilt over or something. I saw another thin building on the north side, but I didn't get the same feeling from that building.

given the problems that development has had perhaps that's an appropriate illusion.
