"Condominium Recovery" yes we are recovering big time and fast boys! Your investment was/is a flop. The resilience of manhattan blew u guys outta the water. You should cut your losses and move on fellas plus no one likes VULTURES hanging around.

i think pretty much every article that has quoted J Miller lately has mentioned his involvement with the investor group that is looking to pick up distressed assets.

so AH, you think that our gov't, led by genius Obama and his ivory tower minions hasn't learned anything about the mistakes made during the GD, and we are doomed to repeat them? Interesting take for a true believer like yourself.

I don't think the Federal government has the ability to create all the little 3-month bounces that are brought on by cheerleaders, ostriches and delusionists. But I am a true believer for economic policy to turn things around for the long term, faster and better than they would on their own, and to create a more stable environment.

1933 -- good times are back! Time to run out and buy a Ford Model B or two -- on the installment plan!!!
