I guess, but I can't see anyone actually being deceived or inconvenienced by this beyond having to click once or twice to clearly see this is what it is based on a very clear floorplan. One bedrooms in this building sell from about $825,000 to $900K's and have monthlies that are about 50% higher than 14G. Of all the garbage brokers do, this doesn't really rank since the listing is pretty transparent.

Kyle's right. And while this is a studio, it is one of the coolest best studios I've ever seen. Mom's BFF lived in a Georgetown Plaza studio with this configuration, not sure if it was "G" line but it had the room and the view in turns of both space and layout. The only reason she left was her name came up for Mitchell Lama (she was renting at GP) for an equally large studio with a huge balcony with amazing downtown view (at least one of the iconic 9/11 images was taken there) for which she put like $5K down and paid what $400/month. That was truly the biggest bargain in history assuming Peter Minuit did not buy Manhattan for $24 worth of tskotkes.
