You can find things in the low seven figures (probably even in the high 6s if you're willing to consider something small and walk-up-y like the Morton/Barrow co-ops) but in general, the rule of roughly a million dollars a bedroom is going to hold for great spaces in this prime location.

You can get a two bedroom for the low $1MMs ($1.2MM, $1.5MM) in a "no service" building building in prime WV, with an elevator but no other amenities. Might need some work but definitely doable.a I saw a sixth floor walk up (saw the listing not the apt, you couldn't pay me....) for around $850. It was tiny but it was a two bedroom on w 11 st.
