Discussion about
Does anyone have any idea how this building compares with other new buildings around the area (for example, The Corner)? I understand that the developer is phenomenal, but what are the cons of this building (aside from being planted right next door to the Martin Luther King School)?

I've passed by both. From a location point of view and considering the exterior, advertised amenities and traffic, I would have to consider the Aire significantly better.

Why don't you go view units and judge for yourself?

Thought this building was too far out of the way and you get no benefit of any of the parks.
