Do you have any attorney recommendations for buying a new condo in Williamsburg Brooklyn? Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks.

Kevin Farrelly, (212) 684-8700. I found him on SE and he helped me through negotiating my contract at the Edge. I got to contract negotiations at 80 Met and Northside Piers 2 as well, and I know he's represented folks at 90 North 5th. Good guy. Really went to bat for me, has a lot of experience as a litigator although Real Estate is his bread and butter.

I think there are other recs if you search discussions.
