4th Ave (brooklyn) Rentals?

Given the glut of new developments on 4th ave, I'd imagine that a lot of the buildings (500 4th, the novo, the argyle) would have some units available to rent from investment buyers, but I'm having a hard time finding them. Does anybody know of buyers that have recently closed on units in this area that are looking to rent them out? 1+ BRs under $2300?

500 4th is just closing, give it a little time. others were filled up recently by renters, so that's the reason for low inventory.

thanks hofo %u2013 actually I saw viewed that apartment. Lovely amenities but just a touch too small.

I was trying to see a rental listed in the Argyle but it seems like someone got an application in already. Damn.
