I am interested in a one bedroom in this building. One is in contract that was asking $400,000. I was a bit late. I love that the apartments all have working fireplaces. Anybody have any info about the building? I don't live in Manhattan now, but I am looking for a one bedroom under 400K. I didn't think they existed. Apparently they do now. Thank you.
