Also interested in any info about the neighborhood...East 82nd between Third and Lexington. Pre-war condos on the Upper East Side are quite rare and this is a condo conversion. I'm intrigued but most I have asked (including those on this board) have never heard of The Merritt House...very few discussion on here...any one who knows?
