All information is gathered from the Hudson County Multiple Listing Service. * Currently there are 508 Active condominiums for sale in Hoboken. * 139 condos are currently under contract waiting to close. * Between 7/1/10 - 7/31/10, 49 condominiums sold/closed in Hoboken.
