Any recommendation for window servicing firms?

Discussion about
Doing reno - need someone to change the balances of the windows only (no need to replace the glass). Any recomm. for a reasonably priced firm will be appreciated. I got a quote for $200-300 per window. Thanks.

If the windows weren't installed properly or shifted shouldn't they be the building's responsibility?
