This is what I'd do if I lived in Long Island City, too. http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2010-08-10/-buy-and-bail-homeowners-get-past-mortgage-hurdles-from-fannie-freddie.html HAHAHAHAHA!
fraud fraud fraud..... plenty more to come.... rampant in 1989 bailouts... gonna be logfolds bigger this time around..... everyone stop paying everything!!! CHAOS i say CHAOS!!!!!
just add a 30-day wash rule or a modified "under no circumstance you will walk away from any other property before November's elections as it will look bad on nOBAMAs Hope for Homeowers programs". lol
"Buy and bail is most often pursued by people with big enough paychecks and low enough debt to qualify for two homes"
oh i see. those 3 guys that meet this requirement in FL please raise your hand!
"they can’t keep paying for something that will never, at least in their lifetimes, regain its value."
jesus, that sounds like the capitulation we don't have over here.
give it a few minutes...
Some of you call it fraud, i call it trying to "get by". Most of these people have been screwed and are 'bout to lose it all so they are trying to game the system for payback. Why would only bankers get away un-armed from the crisis?
Can't be done in NY - it's a recourse state. California, watch out!
Govt just announced they are throwing out more billions to prop up the housing market. expect more fraud
And, florida is a recourse state and buy and bail is going on there.
