Discussion about
1.2M (1100 psf) to face the back of a building in the L.E.S. looking at other people's trash - literally. You get tier 2 appliances and no room for a dining table. For 1.4M (1200 psf) you can face the front at the Chinese restaurant supply shops. Same cheap tier 2 appliances. 8 foot ceilings. 18 people have bought in the building? WTF are they smoking? No amenities, no doorman, and it wreaks of urine outside the front door. Call me at 600 psf
