I think the musical chairs comment holds water, but there is some positive news here. "Absorption levels for Manhattan are healthy," said Travis Yuengst, head of New York Research at CBRE. "Though leasing velocity is strong, some people may see that as companies playing 'musical chairs,' but the reality is that companies are taking more space.
