Discussion about
first time buyer here.. and i'm wondering if there is any consensus on where the best place is to get homeowners insurance (for a co-op)? I've had my renters insurance with state farm.. and i guess they are ok, i may just go with them as a default, if there is no consensus thanks

Multiple Policies with the same Insurer tend to result in discounts . . . . but compare a few different to get a more complete picture, noting the variations in coverage, deductibles, etc.
Ask the Agents straightforwardly, also.
Go with your instinct as Agents, honesty, or lack thereof, will be telling!

You can get a rate from trvaler's on their website. Their rates are pretty competitive.
