Wow. If I bought an apt. for $1,700/square foot, a Modells store is exactly what I would want to see move in. I guess Mcdonald's and the dollar store weren't interested.

Ha! That's so funny. we just walked by and had the same conversation. although, on second thought, it will be nice to have a sporting goods store in the neighborhood. i need new hand weights.

We do need a sporting goods store. Very true. My son needs a hockey stick.
