Discussion about Verdi On Adelphi at 80 Adelphi Street in Fort Greene
I really want to like this development, I do. I've been looking at the photos since I started my house hunt. But it is a diamond in the rough. Still, some people are signing on, only 2 units remain -- one of them is the penthouse close to my heart; with its keyhole window, elevator access, and two private terraces! But is that enough to make the 15min trek to the G, and overlook its shack-like neighbor? Maybe.
