How true is it? How frequently can it be said? Does all the power and decision making that comes along with the Supen multi-function resposnabilities, involve as much greed as someone (quoted in the title) told me before I came to live in NYC? Or...that is only a malicious appraisal? Advise is welcome...

But did he obtain those eyeglasses through unscrupulous ethics?

My super is probably too lazy to buy designer eyeglasses.
