I've left numerous emails with my contact information going back to march and have never heard back from him. Has anyone ever reached him about his listings?

I have, and while he's extremely old school and way behind technology-wise (faxed floorplans), he was always prompt with responses and on-time with appointments. Very nice guy, an only-in-New-York character.

He has many ads on Craigslist. I'd check there to make sure you have his most current contact info. Uses the name Saulo.
