Available labor day, fabulous 1700 sf apartment, kitchen and 3 baths renovated a year ago. Immaculate, bright exposures, pet friendly, wonderful staff. E 68th street. No fee (though we will pay a customary fee to a broker who finds us a tenant!) We are trying to break our lease, management company will reassign lease to qualified tenant. $8000 a month, lowest price for the line in the building. Anyone?

To clarify, it is a full service doorman building.

I believe you're eligible to pay StreetEasy for a listing in their system, but of course you should make it clear that it's a lease reassignment situation.
