Has anyone here looked at this building? Thoughts on the building and apartments?

my friend lives in the building. bldg seems laid back (like by NOT charging tenants to bring guests to the roof deck, etc). He's had some leaking issues with the ceiling/walls (which have finally been fixed/replastered). Units are on the small side though. But compared to the horror stories I've heard from 20 Pine, 95 Wall I think he doesn't have it too bad.
