1. Are there any general rules for buyers when pricing renovated apartments? 2. What paperwork (i.e. permits, DOB filings, architectural plans) does a buyer typically request from a seller who had renovations done in an apartment and at what point in the process does the buyer usually make such a request? Thanks in advance for all replies.
