Vacation home in grand cayman

Anyone know anything about grand cayman real estate? We are thinking about purchasing a vacation home. We could go for a condo, or perhaps a condohotel, which would give us 30 days every year, and have it be rented out the rest of the time. Any feedback on grand cayman real estate would be appreciated. Looking to stay under 400k for this.
