Hi, this place looks amazing!! Its been on the market since June, though? Im surprised its not been snatched up? Any insight into what the hold up is?

have you seen the apartment? I haven't so can't tell you, but usually it's either the building being weird or the price being high. at $3k for a big brownstone on 8th, the price seems downright reasonable so I am surprised too. Maybe the coop process is tough because its such a small building and the owners are picky.
