i read that 55 thompson is an 80/20 building? is this true, i can't believe it.

one beds starting at 6k, two beds at 12k, pricing up to 20k

you're not going to see the low-income units listed, the city has a huge wait-list for affordable apartments and they'll just go straight to the list. You can do a little research to see if HDC financed the building through the 80/20 program if you really care that much...

I saw this thread...hard to believe 2 years ago 1 beds were 6K...they are over 9K now!!!http://streeteasy.com/nyc/building/soho-55-thompson
