Discussion about
I tried propertyshark but what it lists as comps aren't really comps. Looking at a 3 family Townhouse; but PS pulls up coops and condos?

I don't know if it would work as well for townhouses (then again, I don't know why it wouldn't) but you should sign up toe be an insider on StreetEasy (for $10) and then you can review all of the detailed information on buildings and areas. Plus, you can select a property and then click a button that says "find comparables". If you are going to spend a few hundred thousand dollars on a townhouse, this would be a drop in the hat.

i've used propertyshark before and there was a way to filter out coops/condos and single family homes.
