Discussion about 270 Greene Avenue in Clinton Hill
Anyone considering buying at 270 Greene Ave? Interested in your thoughts. The units are rather pleasing, but the prices seemed a bit over the top.I got the sense that there was room for negotiation but unclear on how much. http://www.flatbushriviera.com/2010/08/29/new-development-270-greene-ave/
