1st of all, its a rental buildings and this is a "sales" topic. Its OK though, few SE users know how to use this website.

I lived there for 5 years, in 2 separate apartments. Nice doormen, workers, etc. Watch out for the management though. They will nickle and dime you, so watch out for your security deposit. They will not provide screens for windows but they call themselves 'luxury'. poor paint jobs (look under window sills, etc.), VERY SHARP CORNERS IN SOME KITCHENS. Also, be aware that this was one of the last 80/20 buildings allowed to be built with the 20 part separate. Soon after Related abused this, the law was changed to make the 20% (affordable housing) the same as the 80% which is "lux".

Also, I would be wary of any company who applies for federal bailout funds while thier CEO is buying a 1/2 stake in the Miami Dolphins....
