Shopping for an Apt for Elderly Parents

Anyone know of any 2 to 3 bedroom apts with a terrace)or outdoor space) in brooklyn that run between 500k to 600k... MY parents are elderly and they cant do the stairs in their duplex home.....they prefer to stay in bergen beach/mill basin but would consider park slope/brooklyn heights/carroll gardens but the latter areas are too expensive and the former dont have nice apt buildings......

if they're looking for a place with parking. not a neighborhood that you mentioned. actually right in between.
