Discussion about 166 East 61st Street #12N
This coop is going for $920 per foot. Doesn't that seem like a lot? For coop? Similar 2BR in the building and area are closer to $800-$820. Also, is this really UES? Seems pretty close to a very commercial area and 59th Street bridge traffic. If appreciate any insight regarding this area or building. Thanks

Definitely not considered "prime UES" but it technically qualifies. You pretty much explained it for what it is...You're in Bloomingdale's land, on the border between residential and retail/office world...

Definitely a high traffic area, so if you're really looking for the true residential UES feel, probably not gonna get it here, but you're a few blocks from it...
