One of the worst, most overpriced co-ops I've ever seen. The silliest layout, the sounds carry from other apartments as if there're no walls, on the whole doesn't feel like a real apartment but something put together with kids' building blocks. I saw the one now in contract, so apparently someone either likes it or was duped by these brokers. Can I be wrong? Anybody saw anything interesting in that building?

It has three REALLY great things going for it and they are the basis of most real estate valuations...location, location, and location. Really can't be beat.
