Discussion about
I saw a listing that was on the market for over 270 days suddenly go down to zero after changing brokers, taking the price reduction history with it. Can streeteasy put in place a mechanism to detect that? Similarly, can tiny price increases be buffered for a week or so? brokers seem to use them to get bumped up to "recently changed" and then reduce them back.

When you look up the building, the prior listings come up. Even if it's for the same apartment. You are able to access the history.

Sort of. In one case I looked at, the new listing doesn't show the apartment number, so it can't be easily matched with the previous one.
