Anyone else notice that some buildings now have significantly more ACRIS sales data, with some buildings going to 1995 sales? http://streeteasy.com/nyc/building/astor-terrace Props to the SE team for continuing to be top of the class in providing more data to the people!

Also, I just noticed SE implement a "ratings/thumbs up/down" system. It's simple muted design is a Big +.
